Information we receive

• Enquiries you send us. This website does not host an online form that submits data to us. When you contact us through the WhatsApp or call buttons, you share whatever you choose to — typically your name, phone number and what you are looking for. If you email or message us elsewhere, we receive the details in that message.
• WhatsApp enquiries. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp on your device with a pre-filled message. The conversation happens on WhatsApp between your device and our business phone; it is not stored by this website. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply to the service itself.
• Phone calls. The call button opens your phone dialler with our number. We see your number as any recipient of a call would, and we may note it to call you back about your enquiry. Calls are not recorded by this website.
• Map and location. This website does not request or collect your GPS location. The Visit Us page can embed a Google Maps frame; if you allow it, Google receives technical data such as your IP address under its own policy.
• Analytics. No analytics, advertising or tracking technology (such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel) is installed on this website. We do not build visitor profiles.
• Cookies and similar technologies. The website stores only your cookie choice and your light/dark theme choice in your own browser. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

Why we collect it

We use the details you share only to reply to your enquiry, check availability of a saree, advise you on a selection, hold a piece aside for a store visit, or follow up on a conversation you started. We do not use enquiry details for bulk marketing unless you clearly ask us to send you updates, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

How it is stored and protected

Enquiry details stay in our business phone and in our internal records, accessible only to the people at the store who need them to help you. We take reasonable care to keep those devices and records secure. No method of communication is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive information such as bank, card or identification details through WhatsApp or any online message.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages only for as long as they are useful — usually while we are helping you and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return — or for longer where a law or a tax or accounting requirement applies to a completed purchase.
